Service Bookings

Prices displayed at the time of booking are final unless additional parts or labor are required, which will be communicated before proceeding.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled before a technician is assigned. Once a technician is dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.

Warranty

Each service includes the warranty period listed on the service page. Warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated issues.

Liability

Home Care Services strives for quality workmanship but is not liable for pre-existing appliance conditions unrelated to the service performed.
